About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Global CRM Director to join our team at Amplifon Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving our customer-centric strategy across all customer touchpoints and multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development: Contribute to the development of our CRM strategic framework, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Country Go-To-Market: Cascade CRM initiatives across countries, supporting local teams in executing and optimizing customer engagement strategies.
  • Continuous Optimization: Monitor performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop business cases to maximize ROI and customer lifetime value.
  • CRM Community Building: Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within our CRM community, upskilling teams and promoting best practices.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with global and local marketing teams to launch innovative projects, ensuring seamless integration and execution.
Requirements
  • At least 7 years of experience in CRM, preferably with international scope.
  • University degree in a relevant field (BA, marketing, communication, management engineering).
  • Strong knowledge of marketing and CRM best practices, processes, and tools.
  • Ability to work with data and analytics, driving business decisions.
  • High standard of work ethic, business acumen, customer understanding, and relationship skills.
  • Fluency in English.
