Job Description

Brand Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager to join our team at Brown-Forman. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive brand growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute annual and long-term strategic brand plans for Italy, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Be responsible for developing and implementing the marketing plan for the assigned brands, including setting marketing priorities, objectives, strategies, action plans, and KPIs.
  • Work closely with global brand teams to align brand plans, long-term strategic direction, and collaborate on building required assets for the market.
  • Lead the development and excellent execution of media plans, considering all key touchpoints, in collaboration with external agencies and considering BF guidelines and internal approvals required.
  • Continuously track and improve brand activation and brand experience delivered.
  • Be the link with sales and trade to evaluate brand performance by channel, area, and upcoming opportunities.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience in FMCG marketing, preferably in spirits and/or on-premise driven companies.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering brand growth in a highly competitive environment.
  • Business acumen, understanding of P&L, and experience in budget management.
  • Experience in managing agencies, creating briefings, and giving constructive feedback.
  • Proficiency in Nielsen analysis.
  • Proven experience in developing media plans, able to establish and track the right KPIs to evaluate performance.
  • Fluent in Italian and English, oral and written, with very strong communication skills.
