Job Title: Front Office Agent - Riservato alle categorie protette

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Office Agent to join our team at the Radisson Collection Hotel, Roma Antica. As a Front Office Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the smooth operation of the Front Office, maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction
  • Work in a team environment to maximize guest satisfaction, providing timely responses and solutions
  • Supervise, in collaboration with the Front Office Manager, daily activities, sharing sales results
  • Contribute to achieving departmental quantitative and qualitative goals
  • Build strong working relationships within the team and with colleagues
  • Motivate colleagues and be a model of the Yes, I can spirit
  • Be a promoter of RHG culture and values
  • Value and promote the RHG loyalty program and promote hotel services through upselling/crosselling activities
  • Know and respect hotel safety standards
Requirements:
  • Passion for the hospitality industry
  • Experience in Front Office
  • Customer attitude and sense of hospitality
  • Practical, dynamic approach and good problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and relationship skills
  • Ability to develop teamwork spirit
  • Integrity and professionalism
  • Excellent knowledge of the Italian language. Additional language skills will be considered a plus
