Join Our Team at Radisson Collection Hotel, Rome

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to join our team at Radisson Collection Hotel, Rome. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the smooth operation of the Front Office department
  • Work in a team to maximize guest satisfaction by responding promptly and efficiently to guest requests and anticipating their needs
  • Contribute to the achievement of departmental quantitative and qualitative targets
  • Build strong working relationships with colleagues and guests
  • Promote the culture and values of RHG
  • Know and respect the safety rules of the property
Requirements:
  • Passion for the hospitality industry
  • Experience in a Front Office role is preferred but not essential
  • Excellent customer attitude and sense of hospitality
  • Practical, dynamic, and creative approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Integrity and professionalism
  • Excellent knowledge of the Italian language. Additional language skills will be considered a plus
