Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily and monthly sales reports to ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Prepare for audits and inventory counts, ensuring seamless stock transfers between boutiques.
  • Process and update Sales Associates on retail CCLs, Special Orders statuses, and back-to-back orders.
  • Support the boutique with After Sales activities, including training the team on procedures and Maison policies.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Van Cleef & Arpels team as a Stock and Sales Administrator in Florence. As a key member of the retail team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the boutique's sales and inventory processes.

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Previous administrative experience in luxury retail or hospitality.
  • Previous experience in dealing with aftersales processes, repair booking, and coordination between clients and CS teams.
  • Previous experience with banking and invoicing.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and with precision.
  • Self-Starter with a Team-Player approach.
  • Previous SAP experience is a plus.
