POSITION OVERVIEW AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The primary objective of this role is to assist the marketing controlling team with various tasks, which include:

  • Reporting Brand Net Sales for both Management and Marketing teams
  • Conducting Marketing Controlling activities related to costs
  • Performing variance cost analysis
  • Providing financial support to the Marketing team on relevant topics
  • Assisting in the controlling of the Boutique business unit
  • Analyzing Product Gross Margins and Profitability

Success in this position requires accountability, accuracy, and strong problem-solving skills, along with an entrepreneurial mindset.

The challenges associated with this role stem from the extensive scope of the team and the precision required to adhere to company standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED TASKS:

  • Overseeing the Brand Financial Reporting for the organization
  • Acting as a primary contact for the Milan Corporate Marketing team regarding financial inquiries
  • Supporting Boutique Controlling Activities
  • Playing a vital role in assisting the team across various topics of involvement

NETWORK OF INTERACTIONS:

INTERNAL: The key stakeholders will include the Marketing and Finance Corporate teams.

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS:

Proficiency in Italian and English is essential.
