We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Milan. As a key member of our Human Resources Team, you will be responsible for supporting the HR Business Partner in various aspects of HR, including Recruiting, Training, and Development.

Key Responsibilities
  • At least one year of experience in HR departments
  • Proficient in MS applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to address all levels within HR and other Red Bull departments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
