IT Service Desk Internship Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Service Desk intern to join our team in Trebaseleghe, Italy. As an IT Service Desk intern, you will be responsible for managing user requests and problems related to assigned devices, as well as assisting in the configuration and support of hardware and software devices.

Main Activities:

  • Manage user requests and problems related to assigned devices;
  • Assist in the configuration and support of hardware and software devices;
  • Monitor and manage support tickets through our ticketing system;
  • Collaborate with the IT Service Desk Milan team and other departments to ensure timely resolution of reported issues.

Requirements:

  • Degree in the IT field;
  • Basic knowledge of both hardware and software aspects of computers;
  • Familiarity with major operating systems;
  • Knowledge of Office Automation;
  • Good command of the English language;
  • Availability, flexibility, and listening skills;
  • Basic networking skills and familiarity with major instant communication systems.
