Job Title: Restaurant Server

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Server to join our team at Relais & Châteaux. As a Restaurant Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take care of the table's mise-en-place and service
  • Participate in the work and responsibilities of the hall team
  • Record the orders, place the food from the serving dish, and pay attention to the details

Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of Italian and good knowledge of English and another foreign language
  • At least two years of experience in the role gained in gourmet and/or starred restaurants, 4*/ 5* hotels or Relais & Châteaux
  • Knowledge of wines (Sommelier certificate is a plus)
