**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including Google and social media.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement CRM strategies that drive customer loyalty and retention.

**Requirements**
