Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Piossasco, Italy. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for implementing the commercial strategy for assigned customers, ensuring alignment with business objectives and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement the company commercial strategy in assigned areas or clients.
• Collaborate with qualification and proposal units to execute bidding and qualification activities.
• Acquire and report relevant market information to optimize sales activities.
• Define and maintain key clients, partners, and competitors database.
• Support negotiations and JV/Consortium setup activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree (engineering preferred).
• Business awareness and experience in multinational companies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Language

Fluent English (written and spoken). Willingness to travel 50% of the time.
