About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join Takeda's People Advisory Group in Italy as a Labor Relations Expert. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on labor relations matters to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with in-country HR to ensure positive labor relations are maintained in the country
  • Work closely with the Multi-Country Labour Relations Strategy Lead to ensure strategic coordination
  • Provide counsel to HR Business Leaders and HR Partners on complex labor relations issues
  • Negotiate and prepare agreements with worker organizations and trade unions
  • Communicate and implement labor relations policies and procedures
  • Interface with worker organizations and trade unions at the country level
  • Promote and coordinate harmonization of wages and benefits at the country level
  • Lead creation and delivery of processes, tools, and trainings related to labor relations
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of EU regulations, country labor law, and tribunal cases
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree, ideally with a background in labor or employment law
  • Solid experience in Labor & Employee Relations, ideally in a multinational organization
  • Sound understanding of EU employment regulations and local country labor law
  • Human Resources experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry preferred
  • Proficient in the local language for interactions with worker councils and/or unions
