Job Title: Senior UX Designer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer to join our team at Italgas. As a Senior UX Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design of user-centered solutions, using Design Thinking and Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support cross-functional teams in the design of user-centered solutions
  • Conduct user research to analyze user behavior, define personas, and create user journeys
  • Design and create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
  • Collaborate with Agile teams to ensure design solutions are translated into user stories and implemented accurately
  • Conduct usability testing to validate and improve design solutions iteratively
  • Organize and facilitate co-design workshops
  • Contribute to the development and application of the Design System
  • Communicate the value of design within the organization and the group
  • Support the growth of junior and middle UX designers
  • Help select, coordinate, and supervise external UX resources
  • Collaborate with the UX team to grow and develop the Experience Design business unit

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in User Experience Design, Service Design, Interaction Design, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in UX design
  • Knowledge of Visual Design fundamentals
  • Proficiency in virtual collaboration tools (Miro)
  • Ability to use prototyping and wireframing tools (Sketch, Figma, InVision)
  • Excellent English language skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of accessibility
  • UX writing skills
  • Business Design knowledge
  • Ability to use video making tools (After Effects, Premiere, etc.)
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS
