Descrizione del Ruolo

Il Gruppo Italgas è alla ricerca di un User Experience Designer Senior per la sua società Bludigit S.p.A. La posizione è parte della Business Unit di Experience Design all'interno della Digital Factory.

Compiti e Responsabilità
  • Supportare i team cross-funzionali nella progettazione di soluzioni user-centered utilizzando il Design Thinking e la metodologia Agile;
  • Guidare l'attività di ricerca sugli utenti per effettuare analisi, definire personas, mappare user journey e service blueprint;
  • Progettare e disegnare user flow, wireframe, mockup e prototipi interattivi;
  • Collaborare attivamente con i membri del team Agile per garantire la fattibilità delle soluzioni di design tradotte in user stories e la loro accurata implementazione;
  • Condurre test per validare e migliorare in maniera iterativa le soluzioni;
  • Progettare, organizzare e facilitare workshop di co-design;
  • Contribuire all'applicazione e all'evoluzione del Design System;
  • Diffondere il valore del design in azienda e nel gruppo;
  • Contribuire alla crescita delle figure UX junior/middle;
  • Aiutare a selezionare, coordinare e supervisionare figure UX esterne;
  • Collaborare con il team UX per far crescere e sviluppare la business unit di Experience Design.
Requisiti e Competenze
  • Laurea (o titolo analogo) in User Experience Design, Service Design, Interaction Design o campo correlato;
  • Esperienza lavorativa in ambito UX di almeno 5 anni;
  • Conoscenza delle basi di Visual Design;
  • Conoscenza approfondita di strumenti di virtual collaboration (Miro);
  • Capacità di utilizzare strumenti di prototipazione e wireframing (Sketch, Figma, InVision);
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
