About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Risk and Compliance Specialist to join our team at Ermenegildo Zegna Holditalia S.p.A. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of IT risks and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • IT Risk Management: Develop and implement effective IT risk management processes to identify, assess, and mitigate risks to the organization.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all IT systems and processes are compliant with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Control Environment: Design and implement effective controls to ensure the integrity of our IT systems and data.
  • Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Reporting and Communication: Provide regular reports to management on IT risk and compliance matters and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in IT risk management and compliance.
