Are you a seasoned professional with expertise in risk management and compliance? Techyon S.R.L. is looking for a talented individual to join our team as an IT Risk and Compliance Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that controls and risk management processes are designed appropriately and operating as intended.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support and advise in the definition and update of ITGC Risk and Control Matrix
  • Define and guide the execution of second-level controls
  • Provide expertise in risk management topics to the IT department
  • Ensure the correct implementation of policies and procedures
  • Escalate critical issues, emerging risks, and outliers
  • Identify shifts in the organization's implicit risk appetite and risk tolerance
  • Provide awareness, guidance, and training to first-lines related to risk management and control processes
  • Coordinate relations of the IT department with internal audit and external auditors
  • Guide the production of periodic reports on ICT risk and compliance topics addressed to the CIO and IT Governance manager
  • Coordinate the update of IT policies and procedures
  • Participate in relevant application projects providing specialized advisory on compliance matters to the project team

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of SOX requirements and methodology
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work in a team and problem-solving approach
  • Flexible and proactive attitude
  • Fluency in spoken and written English, willing to travel

Location: Milano (hybrid)
