Job SummaryWe are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Risk Manager to lead our risk management efforts across various areas, including operations, finance, technology, compliance, sustainability, and reputation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive enterprise risk management framework that drives proactive risk identification and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Design and maintain a robust enterprise risk management framework that integrates risk management into all aspects of Prysmian's activities and decision-making processes.
- Develop risk assessments, surveys, dashboards, scorecards, and reports using key metrics to support the executive team in evaluating and reporting enterprise risk.
- Foster a risk-aware culture across the Group, encouraging and valuing risk identification and reporting by all members of Prysmian.
- Lead the identification and assessment of risks across various areas, including operations, finance, technology, compliance, sustainability, and reputation.
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks, working closely with stakeholders to establish effective controls and action plans.
- Create and distribute regular risk assessment reports to senior leadership, providing insights into emerging risks, trends, and the effectiveness of mitigation strategies.
- Master's degree in Law, Accounting, Business Administration, or Engineering.
- 5-7 years of related experience in compliance, audit, or enterprise risk management within large manufacturing organizations.
- Experience working in international environments.
- Proven ability to manage and complete complex multiple engagements.
- Strong business process and internal control skills, corporate governance, and internal audit methodology.
- High level of analytical skills, capable of simplifying complex arguments to support risk analysis and assessment.
- Effective presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- A collaborative team player with a can-do attitude.
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location.
