Job Title: BIW Design Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled BIW Design Specialist to join our R&D Department, particularly in the group of BIW Archetypes & Methodology. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing conceptual solutions, identifying and optimizing solutions for weight, cost reduction, complexity reduction, and performance maximization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design conceptual solutions for BIW archetypes and methodologies
  • Develop CAD designs and methodologies for new design archetypes and concepts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, or equivalent
  • At least 5 years' experience in BIW design, development, and release
  • Proficient in Catia Software and Microsoft Office
  • Fluent English and Italian language skills
