Digital Services Business Partner: Senior IT Liaison

The Digital Services Business Partner plays a pivotal role in collecting and assessing business demands, serving as the main point of contact for all IT-related topics. This involves collaboration between central IT and Signalling business teams, project execution support, and ensuring robust IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Relationship Management: Integrate local demands into the global roadmap, supporting the implementation of the global strategy.
  • Service Management: Monitor overall satisfaction, develop improvement plans, support audit processes, manage user feedback, and approve local demands.
  • Cost Tracking: Prepare and manage the IT budget at the product line level, supporting the site controller and ensuring proper cost allocation to projects.
  • Change Management, Communication, Governance Management: Promote global services, maintain regular communication with site users, implement governance for efficiency, obsolescence, and security.
  • Lab Management, Configuration Maintenance: Ensure machine availability, manage incidents, deliver environments on time, identify new needs, and promote resource reuse.
  • Security Management: Deploy security patterns, respond promptly to security incidents, and maintain required security measures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Computer Science/Engineering.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Desirable: Knowledge of ITIL and lab environment/management, broad knowledge of IT landscape and cybersecurity, proficiency in English.
