Role Overview
As a Strategic Business Development Manager at Vodafone, you will be responsible for acquiring and developing strategic prospects and existing customers, addressing their business needs and digital services demand. You will lead the opportunity to exploit the full range of Vodafone services and solutions, ensuring speed, efficiency, and customer satisfaction to maximize value for both parties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospect customers, proposing the full range of Vodafone products and services customization to reach personal targets.
  • Provide high-value consultancy approach, proposing the most suitable solution, guaranteeing efficiency and quality to clients' processes, with the final goal of reaching full customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the further development of sales practices and efficiency for Vodafone products and services through best practice sharing, suggesting new solutions and services.
  • Create and develop detailed sales plans.

Requirements

  • Masters of Science degree
  • Minimum 4-5 years of sales experience in international and highly complex organizations
  • Mother tongue Italian, professional fluency English
  • Sales experience with solutions, IT, ICT with specific focus on Cloud & Hosting, Security, IoT, and broad understanding of service proposition a plus
  • Specific vertical market knowledge a plus: Retail, Transportation, GDO, and Logistic
