Customer Development and Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Development and Marketing Manager to join our team in Italy. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and retention, developing and implementing marketing and commercial strategies, and analyzing market trends and competitor activity.
You will work closely with our Country Lead, central Marketing, and other teams to create and execute customer-centric marketing campaigns, build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers, and identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. Additionally, you will provide insights and recommendations to support business decisions and ensure alignment with our company's overall strategy.
To succeed in this role, you will need 2-3 years of experience in an FMCG Company or GDO, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a degree in a relevant field. We offer a competitive salary of approximately €45,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
