A highly sought-after role for a Business Development Leader has become available at Amaris Consulting, an independent technology consulting firm. With over 1,000 clients across the globe and a team of 7,500 people spread across 5 continents and more than 60 countries, Amaris is a leader in providing guidance and solutions to businesses.

The compensation package includes a fixed and variable portion, directly linked to your results and rewards success in a very significant way. As a Business Development Leader, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and overseeing the well-being and success of your business unit.

We are looking for young professionals with an entrepreneurial spirit, attracted by challenges, self-starters, and ambitious individuals who can thrive in a demanding setting where excellence and continuous learning are the primary goals. A master's degree in business or engineering is required, and previous experience in recruitment or headhunting is a plus.

A highly competitive salary of around $85,000 per year is on offer, making this an attractive opportunity for those looking to build their career path and reveal their managerial qualities.
