Brown-Forman, a global leader in the premium spirits industry, is expanding its presence in Italy. We are seeking a highly motivated Key Account Development Lead to join our team and contribute to our success.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in FMCG as a Key Account Manager in OFF Trade. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, developing and implementing sales strategies, and monitoring market trends and competitor activities.

About the Role:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sell-in and sell-out performance
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback

What You Will Bring:
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in FMCG as a Key Account Manager in OFF Trade
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of successfully delivering sales growth in a similar role
