About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Strategy Lead to join our team in Italy. As a key member of our commercial department, you will be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies that drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sales analysis processes and understand market trends
  • Develop and execute commercial plans to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
  • Manage budgets and ensure efficient use of resources

Requirements

  • 7+ years' experience in commercial roles
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and success
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Proficient level of English and fluent Italian
