About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Tender Specialist to join our NHSc and Nutrition Tender Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for tenders and offers in a specific area, working closely with Sales and Marketing Departments to ensure effective execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and document tenders and bids or other contracts
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to obtain required approvals
  • Monitor deadlines and report on tender status on a regular basis
  • Maintain a list of qualified vendors, especially for planned tenders
  • Assemble and maintain internal procurement documentation related to the tendering process
  • Maintain tender files and arrange archiving upon tender completion
  • Prepare correspondences to internal departments, bidders, and contractors
  • Liaise with Sales Force on tender requirements and status
  • Collaborate with Sales Support function to check pricing and approve credit/debit notes

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Public Administration order flow for managing issues regarding prices and quantities
  • Understanding of PA invoices for correct pricing on SOLD-TO
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, EDI, and Power query/Power BI
  • Excellent communication skills, time management, and organization
