Jr Customer Service Specialist - Fixed-term contract Position Snapshot
Fixed-term contract (1 year), full time
Degree in Management Engineering, Economics or similar
Preferably 6 months/1 year of experience in one of the following areas: Operations / Supply Chain / Credit / Generating Demand

Position Summary
The Customer Solution Analyst will support Nestlé and Purina business for the customer service activities, order management, and reports. The CSA is highly involved in administrative activities, reporting, and customer complaint resolution for the Customer Service Department.
This position is responsible for providing customer end-to-end support throughout the order management process for Nestlé and Purina products.
A Day in the Life of a Customer Solution Analyst
Order management:
Demand capture (Manual creation, EDI process, Cloud platform)
Understand system alerts indicating order, delivery, or billing/credit control issues surrounding the order
Take corrective actions to resolve issues impacting order flow
Claims and deductions management:
Manage and resolve issues at the point of delivery, subsequent return of stock, or pricing-related queries
Daily contact with public administration and private customers, sales force, and internal customers (Tender team, credit, logistics, sales support)
Creation and managing orders and claims & deductions reports
Collect all the customers’ requests and forward them to the proper department

Good knowledge of Power Query, Power BI, and SAP
Fluent in Italian and English
