Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager Extra Works Specialist to join our team in Roma. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating extra works projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate extra works projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks
  • Develop and implement project management plans, including budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns
  • Ensure effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including reports, minutes, and other relevant documents
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, business administration, or project management
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the renewable energy sector
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects
