Procurement Specialist

• Purchasing of materials for the office
• Administration
• Back-office activities: Contracts lifecycle management and data entry, Statistics and reporting preparation, PowerPoint presentations
• Front-office activities: Negotiations of certain packaging materials, Indirect services and products scouting and buying

• Education: High school diploma
• Professional Skills: Knowledge of principal negotiation methods
• Experience: 2+ years of related experience in purchasing or similar roles (administrative)
• Language Skills: Proficient English is mandatory. A second language (French / German) knowledge is preferred
• Computer Skills: MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Behavioural Requirements: Precision and attention to detail, organizational skills, communication skills, multitasking
