**Job Purpose**

We are seeking a dedicated Product Compliance Specialist to join our Industrial Sustainability Department. This key role involves ensuring the strict compliance of our product lines with both international regulatory standards and our internal sustainability requirements.

**Responsibilities**

  • Conduct regular research and analysis on international regulations to identify new compliance constraints for the import and commercialization of products.
  • Ensure the compliance of raw materials and finished products with international regulations and our internal standards.
  • Maintain oversight of analysis laboratories, including evaluating reports and managing samples for testing.
  • Conduct regular supervisory checks to ensure adherence to established analysis protocols and consistent monitoring of the supply chain for compliance verification.
  • Support internal teams in understanding and applying compliance protocols.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in chemistry, engineering, natural science, or a similar field.
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience in product compliance, preferably in Leather Goods, Footwear, RTW, Accessories, or Home Collection sectors.
  • A good understanding of product development processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage complex regulatory frameworks in a fast-paced production company.
  • A flexible, collaborative mindset.

**Working Conditions**

This role is based in Tuscany and may require occasional travel. We offer a competitive salary, reflecting the location and industry standards. The estimated salary range is €55,000 - €70,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
