About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Controller Analyst to join our finance team at Up2You S.R.L. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting financial operations, ensuring the integrity of our financial records, and providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
  • Implement a suite of KPIs using a BI tool to ensure real-time data on vital company metrics
  • Collaborate with the Controller to develop and monitor annual budgets and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in financial operations to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of financial reporting and analysis
Requirements
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data
  • Mathematical mindset
  • Good skills in using Power BI and Excel
  • Attention to detail and high level of integrity, ethics, and attention to detail
