National HR Administration Specialist

This exciting role involves serving as a vital member of the Human Resources Function, playing a key part in driving business growth and company performance.
About the RoleWe are seeking an exceptional National HR Specialist within our Human Resources Consulting Department. In this position, you will contribute by providing data to support HR initiatives and drive process improvement. You will be responsible for managing HR Operations, including administrative tasks, HR data, and systems.Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality service in all administrative tasks related to employee life cycles and ensure their effectiveness
- Provide support during the hiring process, drafting employment agreements and contractual conditions change letters
- Liaise with temporary agencies to manage agency workers
- Ensure accuracy and quality in HR systems data and time and attendance management
- Manage statutory hirings to ensure compliance with labour law and KN inclusion policies
- Contribute to HR Operations' accuracy and proactivity by providing HR data and suggesting changes in standard operating procedures when needed
- Bachelor's degree is required; proficiency in English and Excel is essential
- Experience in HR Administration is desirable
