**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Back Office Specialist to join our Tax department and Technical Asset Management team in Italy. The successful candidate will support various administrative tasks, including drafting meeting minutes, preparing and filing documents, and managing communication processes.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Draft Board of Directors and Shareholders' meeting minutes;
  • Prepare and file Certificazione Unica documents;
  • Submit tax-related files to the authorities via telematics;
  • Manage holding communication processes;
  • Update relevant tax certificates;
  • File quarterly VAT returns (LIPE), Intrastat reports, and other administrative documents;
  • Support management of authorities' portals (GSE, ARERA, ENEL, Consortium, etc.) and PECs (drafting letters/requests, notifications, etc.);
  • Assist with tender/project requests and internal process management using D365 software.

**Required Skills**

  • Prior experience of at least 1-2 years;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in Italian and English;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • Able to work in a team and manage priorities and deadlines;
  • Autonomy in handling tasks and problem-solving attitude.
