The Town of Florence offers a competitive salary range of $61,495 - $92,243 annually, as well as opportunities for advancement and professional growth. Our department is committed to community-oriented policing and provides a supportive and inclusive work environment.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be a certified law enforcement officer in the state of Arizona. Out-of-state applicants will be required to complete the AZPOST Waiver Process in lieu of attending an academy.
