About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Laboratory Engineer to join our team at Alstom. As a Test Laboratory Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the most appropriate testing methodology and means of testing
  • Develop test operating modes and analyze test results
  • Prepare and execute tests, and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations
  • Supervise and/or execute test activities, and analyze test results to determine if tests must be repeated
  • Write and maintain accurate and detailed test reports

Requirements

  • Experience in ISO 17025 and knowledge of mechanical, electro-technical, and electrical principles
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to think innovatively and contribute to the development of new testing methods and tools
