Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Contract Manager in defining and managing budgets, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate and manage sub-contractors, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.
  • Develop and implement training programs on technical and safety topics.
  • Monitor working conditions to ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Verify the complete and accurate execution of maintenance activities, adhering to SLAs and maintenance plans.
  • Coordinate the execution of small projects.
  • Prepare and submit financial reports for the contract.
  • Support the Contract Manager in budget management and monitoring of budget objectives.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in companies operating in the plant, construction, and related sectors.
  • Knowledge of pricing systems (DEI, regional prices, PA prices).
  • Ability to analyze quantitative and documentary data to support contract monitoring, budget management, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work towards objectives and in complex contexts.
  • Teamwork attitude.
  • Good knowledge of the English language.
  • Valid B driving license.
