Sales Team Representative

As a Sales Team Representative with Red Bull, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and negotiating with key accounts in the Retail, Travel Retail, and Gas Station sectors. Your goal will be to achieve all elements of the Red Bull Perfect Store, including availability, visibility, and additional placements to maximize sales of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with store stakeholders through effective communication.
  • Key Account Negotiation: Negotiate with Retail, Travel Retail, and Gas Station accounts to secure optimal placement and visibility of Red Bull products.
  • Perfect Store Standards: Maintain and grow Perfect Store standards, focusing on availability, visibility, placements, and messaging.
  • Commercial Proposals: Present compelling commercial proposals to decision makers to drive sales and revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Growth Mindset: Demonstrate a growth mindset and proactive approach to achieve sales targets.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Autonomy: Work comfortably in a field-based environment with minimal supervision.
  • FMCG Experience: Previous experience in the FMCG industry is a plus.
  • Office Software: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Travel: Travel up to 90-100% of the time to visit customers and negotiate deals.
