We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Management Data Analyst to join our European team at Hitachi. As a key member of our Transformers Business Unit, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and improvement through data-driven insights.
Main Responsibilities- Reporting and Analytics: Develop, implement, and refine reporting templates to provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Train and support the PGTR SCM Community in using these templates and data collection tools.
- SCM KPIs and Performance Management: Consolidate and analyze month-end SCM KPIs reports, providing analytical support for SCM projects and business analysis needs.
- SCMIS Data Management: Ensure data integrity, manage master data, and implement business requirements in collaboration with the PG SCM Performance Manager.
- Process Improvement: Drive initiatives to automate processes, reduce processing time, and enhance SCM reporting efficiency.
- Collaboration and Communication: Regularly collaborate with the PG SCM Performance Management team and maintain the SharePoint platform as the PGTR HUB EUC SCM SharePoint Champion.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Advanced user in Power BI and SharePoint
- Experience with SAP 4 HANA, ARIBA, and Celonis is a plus
- Fluent in English
