Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Controller to join our FP&A Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting key business functions in regional company strategy and execution plans. This role will work closely with various Business teams around the world to identify requirements and deliver solutions most meaningful for short-term and long-term decision support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the preparation of the annual budget and its review
  • Prepare monthly consolidated reporting
  • Prepare BOD decks
  • Support analysis for key categories and business objects, prepare monthly financial reporting, and track KPIs
  • Be a business partner to the Management team in reviewing, analyzing, and interpreting actual and budgetary information
  • Liaise with Corporate groups on financial and reporting matters to ensure compliance with IFRS, Local GAAP, and Corporate Policies
  • Perform ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the management
Requirements:
  • Education: Degree in Economics or Finance
  • Professional Skills: Experience building financial models and scenario planning, excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience, ideally in manufacturing and private equity-owned companies
  • Language Skills: Proficient English written and spoken
  • Computer Skills: MS Office, Advanced Presentation, and Excel skills, knowledge of ERP systems Tagetik and SAP BW/AFO
  • Behavioural Requirements: Self-motivated individual with excellent analytical and communication skills, versatile team player
