Job Summary:
IRCA Group is a leading international B2B provider of semi-finished ingredients for the bakery, pastry, and gelato markets. The company is seeking a proactive Controller to join the FP&A Team.

About the Role:
This position supports key business functions in regional company strategy and execution plans. The successful candidate will work closely with various Business teams worldwide to identify requirements and deliver solutions for short-term and long-term decision support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the preparation of the annual budget and its review
- Prepare monthly consolidated reports and BOD decks
- Analyze key categories and business objects, prepare monthly financial reports, and track margins and KPIs
- Collaborate with Management teams to review, analyze, and interpret actual and budgetary information
- Liaise with Corporate groups on financial and reporting matters to ensure compliance with IFRS, Local GAAP, and Corporate Policies

Requirements:
- Degree in Economics or Finance
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing companies
- Proficient English written and spoken skills
- Computer skills: MS Office, Advanced Presentation, Excel, and ERP systems (Tagetik, SAP BW/AFO)
- Behavioural requirements: self-motivated individual with excellent analytical and communication skills, versatile team player
