Job Summary

The Controller is a key member of the FP&A Team and plays a cross-functional role in Irca Group's transformation journey. This role is responsible for supporting key business functions in the regional company strategy and execution plans. The successful candidate will work closely with various Business teams around the world to identify requirements and deliver solutions that drive short-term and long-term decision support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation of the annual budget and its review
  • Prepare monthly consolidated reporting and BOD deck
  • Analyze key categories and business objects, preparing monthly financial reporting and margins
  • Track and analyze actual data vs forecast
  • Be a business partner to the Management team in reviewing, analyzing, and interpreting actual and budgetary information
  • Liaise with Corporate groups on financial and reporting matters to ensure compliance with IFRS, Local GAAP, and Corporate Policies

Requirements

  • Education: Degree in Economics or Finance
  • Experience: 3+ years in manufacturing and private equity owned companies
  • Language Skills: Proficient English written and spoken
  • Computer Skills: MS Office, Advanced Presentation and Excel Skills, Knowledge of ERP systems Tagetik and SAP BW/AFO
