Position Overview

As a key member of the Samsung team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation and enhancement of business controlling and reporting tools within the Mobile Experience division. This includes improving budget planning processes through timely reporting of sales and marketing activities, as well as monitoring progress against targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, manage, and monitor monthly and yearly marketing budget plans, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Provide in-depth analysis and reporting on marketing investments and performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure all marketing budget operations are executed in accordance with HQ and local guidelines, maintaining compliance and accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards for planning and budgeting discussions, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Work closely with Product, Communication, Trade Marketing, and Sales Teams to drive business growth and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Support the team by overseeing internal procedures, ensuring seamless operations and efficient workflows.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, or Management Engineering, or a related field.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience in data analysis and visualization.
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing business needs.
