About the Role:

Vistex is seeking a highly experienced Industry Principal to build strategic and ongoing partnerships with our clients in the Retail industry. As a key member of our team, you will provide industry expertise and thought leadership to our prospects, clients, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to assess their current Go-to-Market (GTM) practices and provide strategic GTM strategy and program assessments, roadmaps, processes, and workflows.
  • Ensure that our GTM software solutions fully support best practice GTM strategies, tactics, and workflows for the Retail industry.
  • Support the sales team in sales engagement, including rapid assessments, value engineering, and knowledge transfer to ensure successful client onboarding and implementation.
  • Provide industry-specific guidance to our product management team, assess competitive offerings, and communicate functional requirements for our GTM software solutions.
  • Represent Vistex as a thought leader in the Retail industry, presenting at industry events, conducting webinars, writing white papers, and participating in industry group discussions.
