We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Infant Teacher to join our Primrose Schools team. As an educator, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of children between six weeks and one year old. Our Balanced Learning approach focuses on fostering curiosity, creativity, and compassion in young learners.

About the Role

In this position, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment that promotes social, emotional, cognitive, creative, and physical development in each child. You will work closely with your co-teacher to implement lesson plans from our research-informed Balanced Learning curriculum.

Responsibilities
  • Design engaging learning activities and materials to encourage children to explore their environment through active play.
  • Maintain a well-organized and clean classroom that inspires children to create, explore, and make decisions with confidence.
  • Build genuine relationships with each child through low classroom ratios and discover their unique strengths and needs.
  • Work collaboratively with your co-teacher to implement daily plans and provide a supportive learning environment.
