Job Description

Adecco Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager to join our team in a prestigious and structured Group Industrial leader worldwide in the design and implementation of complex engineering works with high technological value and high complexity in management and organization.

The successful candidate will be part of the CIO Department in the role of IT Project Manager - Digital Solutions Innovation, supporting the CIO in the implementation of the company's digital transformation strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop investment plans, cost estimates, and budget definitions for IT project implementation and related technologies;
  2. Manage and control project progress, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery;
  3. Collect requirements, functional analysis, and formalization of business requirements, interacting with internal and external stakeholders, including business and IT stakeholders, and external providers;
  4. Governance of external ICT providers and business through an end-to-end presence throughout the project/program life cycle (from requirement collection to solution design, testing, go-live, and service management during the hypercare phase);

Requirements:

  1. Master's degree in scientific disciplines (Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or STEM fields);
  2. At least 2 years of experience in IT Analyst, IT Consultant, or IT Project Manager roles, with a focus on implementing new application platforms or ERP, MES/MOM, PLM, or CAD;
  3. Knowledge of SaaS, On-Premise, and microservices web architectures;
  4. Knowledge of Microsoft Cloud platforms;
  5. Desirable experience with IoT platforms and hardware design topics;
  6. Good knowledge of the English language;

  • Ability to analyze and solve problems;
  • Result-oriented mindset;
  • Ability to communicate with structured stakeholders, including complex projects and international projects;
