Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate the overarching company strategy and business model into a comprehensive financial plan in collaboration with senior management, ensuring its effective execution over time.
  • Co-manage and facilitate the company's financial governance processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly management reporting, while developing tools tailored to a dynamic and agile business environment.
  • Create revenue driver models that are closely linked to non-financial KPIs in partnership with the Sales Operations and Operations teams.
  • Work alongside the Revenue Operations team to establish the quarterly compensation framework and maintain regular communication with Country Managers.
  • Collaborate with the Accounting team to provide insights on accruals and ensure the accuracy of published data.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in analytics, financial planning, or strategic roles within a technology-driven or rapidly growing organization.
  • Thorough understanding of finance from a Profit & Loss, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet perspective.
  • Expertise in HR Cost Management and Personnel Budgeting, with proven experience in managing and optimizing HR expenditures.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets, along with financial modeling capabilities (SQL experience is advantageous).
  • Proficiency in establishing and moderating a recurring budgeting and performance management process, implementing necessary tools to facilitate it.
  • Ability to convert business challenges into analytical inquiries and identify critical analyses needed to present issues to senior management.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional European languages (Spanish, Italian, French, or German) is a plus but not mandatory.
