Job Summary:

Wolters Kluwer Italia is seeking a highly experienced Digital Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Digital Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing existing client relationships in the Campania region, particularly in the province of Naples.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities and upselling/cross-selling our products and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and product offerings
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as the needs and challenges of our clients

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the software and digital solutions industry
  • Proven track record of success in developing new business opportunities and managing client relationships
  • Strong understanding of the Italian market and the needs of our clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction
