Your mission is to provide technical training to Hemro partners in South Europe, address customer concerns and quality claims, communicate closely with factories' quality and production teams, maintain comprehensive product documentation, gather market insights for innovation and benchmarking, conduct product field tests in collaboration with R&D, serve as the primary contact for sales and marketing for technical content, and drive operational excellence in the assigned areas.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to join our team in South Europe. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of Product Management experience in a manufacturer, distributor, or related field or 3 years of experience in the coffee industry (e.g., roaster, café manager, wholesale, or operations manager for roasted or green coffee).

This role offers an estimated salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience. In this position, you will be responsible for handling customer complaints, demonstrating and presenting products in various environments, overseeing internal and external product documentation, and more.
