Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Marketing Specialist to join our team in Milan. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving interest and engagement across the entire marketing funnel, leveraging digital tools and strategies to promote our FDA-cleared digital platform and wearable products.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lifecycle marketing & automation: Develop and execute campaigns using Pardot and Mailchimp, building nurture programs and automations for prospects and users.
  • Demand generation: Collaborate with the team to generate leads and new customers through targeted efforts such as ABM, lead capture at events, and digital ads.
  • Website and Marketing Tech Management: Oversee website optimization, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and SEO, collaborating with designers and developers to manage and grow the marketing tech stack.
  • Analytics and reporting: Work with the Business Operations team to maintain accurate and automated reporting of KPIs for the marketing team.
  • Content creation: Develop effective assets and content to support marketing efforts, including sales enablement material and gated content.
  • Strategic planning: Support the Director of Marketing in creating strategic plans for the growth of Empatica.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a growth marketing role.
  • Proficiency in Pardot and other marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience in lead generation, management, scoring, and nurturing.
  • Fluent in English, with previous experience in writing copy or content in English a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with major ad platforms, including Google Ads and Meta.
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly master new tools and platforms.
