As a Transformation Analyst for Southern Europe, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating and coordinating the execution of transformative initiatives across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support in project management and change management efforts. Monitor and assess the impact of transformation initiatives. Ensure alignment and coordination among all relevant stakeholders. Assist in developing a robust pipeline of initiatives.Core Accountabilities:
Stakeholder Engagement and Change Management:
Identify, engage, and support stakeholders effectively throughout the transformation process.Support the successful delivery of initiatives across Southern Europe:
Collaborate with initiative owners to ensure the realization of potential value. Drive efficiency in decision-making by identifying and eliminating redundancies and barriers. Provide hands-on support for specific projects as needed. Conduct pre-mortem analyses on significant initiatives.Portfolio Planning and Governance:
Establish appropriate governance structures to facilitate execution and value capture. Aid in prioritizing activities within the portfolio. Assist in gathering requirements and developing comprehensive business cases. Collaborate with initiative owners on planning and prioritization, including scheduling and resource allocation. Manage dependencies, risks, and coordinate corrective actions.Tracking and Reporting Value Capture:
Monitor costs and benefits associated with individual initiatives. Collaborate with business stakeholders to track and report on value capture.Qualifications:
Proven experience in project management, ideally within a consulting environment. Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in a Project Management Office (PMO) setting. Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record. Ability to thrive in a flexible and agile consulting environment. Demonstrated capability to work independently and collaboratively. Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills. Results-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Project Management tools. Familiarity with optimizing Microsoft Power BI dashboards for usability and performance.Language Proficiency:
Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
Preferred Experience Level:
1 - 3 years of relevant experience in a hybrid remote work setting.
