The role:
You will be responsible for driving technical strategy and making key decisions that impact the direction of our software development.
Key responsibilities include leading a team of developers, mentoring, and guiding them to achieve exceptional results.

Requirements:
Advanced proficiency in Node.js with Express for building APIs and server-side applications, along with familiarity with MongoDB as a preferred database solution.
Hands-on experience in designing scalable and distributed systems, leveraging tools like Docker, Terraform, and AWS Cloud for deployment and management.
Proficient in working within a Monorepo setup (e.g., Rushstack) and version control systems like GitLab for collaborative development.
Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively articulate ideas, collaborate across teams, and contribute to a positive team culture.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in agile teams and collaborate across remote settings, fostering open communication and innovation.
A strong sense of ownership and enthusiasm for embracing new technologies, solving complex technical challenges, and delivering high-quality results.
